Shipping is exclusively within Switzerland.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Time

Upon receipt of the order, an order confirmation will be sent via email. Delivery time is usually 2–3 business days from order confirmation.

In exceptional cases, such as high order volumes or unforeseen shipping delays, delivery times may be longer.

Returns

Unworn, undamaged, and originally packaged items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Requirements for a Return

For a refund, items must be:

• unworn,
  
• free from damage or signs of wear,
  
• returned in their original packaging.
  

Items that do not meet these requirements are excluded from a refund.
Earrings are completely excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

Registering a Return

Before returning an item, contact via the contact form is required. Further information regarding the return will then be provided.

Return Shipping

The buyer bears the costs for the return shipment.

A shipping method with tracking is recommended for return shipments. No liability can be assumed for returns lost in transit.

Refund

Upon receipt of the returned item, the goods will be inspected. If they meet the return conditions, the refund will be initiated within a few days via the original payment method used.
